Training and Development
At Andser Air, we have had an ongoing training program for our emloyees since 1985. We encourage our employees to improve their education and offer to pay for their education provided they pass the examinations. From the dates it will be apparent that Andser Air had started an employee upliftment program long before this became a standard requirement for companies.
Courses attended by Andser Air employees in past years include Personnel and Training management - Damelin management school, Microsoft Project Manager - Computer Services, Public Relations- Technikon and Receptionist / Telephonist and Computer Literacy courses. |

Health and Safety
Since our inception in 1983 we have never had a fatality or serious accident. We attribute this to our company attitude towards safety, continuing training programs as well as insistence of using personal safety equipment provided. As the company forms part of the construction industry, strict adherence to the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 is observed.
Social Responsibility Program
During 1992 and 1993 Andser Air ran a drug and alcohol abuse rehabilitation program for all employees with amazing results. The program was controlled By Mrs. Julia Zingu a social worker who counseled our employees. Mrs. Zingu was referred to us by SANCA. The S.A. Council on Drug and Alcohol Dependency. The program lasted 18 months and a remarkable improvement in employees self esteem, attitude and productivity was observed.
